Responsible Service of Alcohol Refresher Training
Certificate of Completion
Responsible Service of Alcohol Refresher Training is contextualised for the Liquor Control Act and Regulations in Western Australia and is designed for people who have already completed an RSA Statement of Attainment or the Clubs WA Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Completion.
This course will assist anyone who:
- would like to remain compliant with their knowledge of Western Australian legislation; or
- who has previously trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol, including other states/territories.
IMPORTANT – IS THIS THE COURSE YOU NEED?
- This course does not provide a Statement of Attainment.
- A Certificate of Completion will be issued upon completion.
- Provision of a previously issued accredited RSA Certificate is required.
IMPORTANT: If renewing your expired RSA for ACT, you will need to complete SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol.
Prior to issuance of your Certificate of Completion for Responsible Service of Alcohol Refresher Training, you are required to provide evidence that you have completed an accredited RSA certificate.
Payment
- Payment is not made at the time of enrolment, an invoice will be issued.
- Payment in full must be received prior to your verbal assessments being conducted.

Enrolment
- To enrol, a valid email address is required
- During enrolment, acceptance of the following terms and conditions is required:
- I understand a Certificate of Completion is issued; NOT a Statement of Attainment; and
- I understand that for a Certificate of Completion to be issued, I am required to provide evidence that I have completed an accredited RSA course; and
- I declare that the information I have provided is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct; and
- I declare that I will be the person undertaking the training and assessment; and
- I have reviewed and accept the terms and conditions as provided in the Student Handbook.
Note: All courses have a time limit of 3-months from the date of registration for training and assessment to be completed.
Competency
Prior to the issuance of your Certificate of Completion for Responsible Service of Alcohol Refresher Training, you will be required to provide evidence that you have satisfactorily gained the required skills and knowledge to responsibly serve alcohol.
This is an ungraded, competency-based assessment. You will be assessed as performing ‘Satisfactory’ or ‘Not Yet Satisfactory’ on each assessment.
To satisfactorily complete your training, you must:
- Demonstrate 100% competency for the Knowledge Assessments (online); and
- Submit a copy of satisfactory identification; and
- Submit a copy of your accredited RSA certificate.
